These Terms govern your use of the Simplement website. By using the site you agree to them. Simplement is operated by Fredrik Ulriksson, an individual based in Sweden. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What Simplement is
Simplement is an information service that suggests supplements based on the answers you give and points you to third-party retailers that sell them. We aggregate publicly available information and research; we do not manufacture, sell or ship products.
Not medical advice. Simplement does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our recommendations are general information based on published studies, not personal medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or combining supplements — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or take medication.
2. Affiliate relationships
Some links on Simplement are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes which products we recommend — suggestions are based on published research and third-party certifications. See our Privacy Policy for related data handling.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep information accurate, but prices, availability, product formulations and certification status change frequently and are shown as approximate. Always verify the current price, ingredients and certification on the retailer’s and certifier’s own pages before buying. We make no warranty that information on the site is complete, current or error-free.
4. Third-party sites
When you click a “Shop” link you leave Simplement and enter a third party’s website, governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their products, or your transactions with them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
The Simplement name, logo, content and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the information provided. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
